f. Microphone (Voice Search)
• RiRi may request access to your device microphone only when you choose to use the voice search feature. This allows you to speak instead of typing when searching for items or stores.
• Microphone access is used only while the feature is actively in use. RiRi does not record, store, or share audio recordings. Audio input is processed solely to convert speech into search text.

10. RiRi Rider App and Delivery Location Use
RiRi Rider is used by approved riders on the RiRi platform to receive and manage delivery orders.

When using RiRi Rider, we may collect and process the following information:
• Mobile number and account details for login, rider identification, and account management
• Location data to view pickup and drop-off locations, support delivery navigation, update delivery status, and enable active delivery tracking during assigned deliveries
• Delivery and order information, including assigned orders, pickup details, drop-off details, and delivery status
• Device information, app activity, push notification tokens, crash logs, and diagnostics to support app functionality, security, notifications, and performance improvements

RiRi Rider may use location while the app is in use and, when necessary, in the background during active deliveries to support delivery tracking and service operations.

Background location is used only for rider delivery-related functions, such as active delivery tracking, pickup and drop-off coordination, and delivery status updates. Riders may manage location permissions through their device settings, but some delivery features may not work properly if location access is disabled.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our website with an updated date. Continued use of RiRi means acceptance of the updated policy.
